As Jackie is back in the hospital I will take on this challenge for her. She is gutted to be missing this. I'm not thrilled to be doing it either!

I'm walking on fire for Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance! 

On Thursday 26th February 2026, I'll be taking on the incredible challenge of walking barefoot across a path of burning embers all to raise vital funds for Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.

Every step I take will help LNAA continue providing lifesaving critical care across our region.

Its going to be hot, its going to be tough, but its nothing compared to the challenges faced every day by the people this charity helps. 

The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance is one of the UKs leading Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) Charities, funded purely by the generosity of people like you!

In 2024 their crews attended 1724 life changing missions. They provide the equivalent of an A&E department directly to the scene of some of the most serious of incidents and devastating injuries across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

They are not part of the NHS and not funded by the Government. With each mission costing an average of 4,000 GBP, the charity needs to raise in excess of 13million GBP each year to stay by our side when we need them most. They simply can't be there without our support.
